Throughout his 10+ years in real estate, Dave has learned that in order to be an effective and productive real estate broker, he must have the heart of a teacher and consider the needs of his clients. With that holistic approach, Dave has built a solid career and reputation in the West Michigan area.
Specializing in the south Grand Rapids corridor, particularly Middleville and the surrounding Barry County areas, Dave finds great satisfaction and enjoyment from helping both sellers and buyers tackle the next stage of life. With hundreds of sales under his belt and a host of happy clients to his credit, Dave has learned how a small community can be a blessing. Dave has great gratitude and appreciation for everyone who has supported him throughout his career!
Born and raised in the Middleville area, Dave returned home in 2013 to rediscover his roots and raise his family in the same welcoming community where he grew up. In 2017, Dave was proud to venture out on his own and open a branch office of Blueprint Properties, located in the heart of Middleville on the Main Street of Middleville. Since then, Blueprint Properties has become a staple in the local community.
Aside from a successful career in real estate Dave loves to travel, read, ski, paddleboard, hike, perform as a musician, and attend his kids school/extracurricular activities. Dave has attended Peace Church in Middleville for several years and is proud that he and his family can call that his church home!
