Dave went ABOVE and beyond the call of duty. I live out of state. He checked on the property when someone reported a disturbance in or around my vacant rental house. He met with a lawyer to retrieve a needed document that insured the title of the home on the day of closing. He is SUPER friendly and responsive, humble, dedicated, and was able to help out, since he lived local to the property. Without his help & constant communication and responses with and to the buyer, underwriter, & lawyer who filed on my behalf for Title Insurance, the sale would not have happened.
